  • A: Minglai Packaging prints to an industry color standard through the use of standard ink densities. But due to equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between hard copy color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation between proofs and final productions is to be expected. If this various occurs, it is considered acceptable performance.

  • Q: What are the Payment Terms?

    For order amount more thant US$5000, 50% deposit, 50% due before shipping.

    For amount less than US$5000, full amount in advance.

  • Q: Can You Avoid These Types Of Errors In Mass Production? Such As (Dented, Dirty Boxes, Glue Stains, Missing Parts As Ribbons Or Magnets) Etc.

    During each process, we have strict control for the issue happen. And before packing, we have professional quality control personnel to inspect the boxes to make sure the boxes has no such issue. For all the boxes we have made so far, we have won so much highly recognized review from the clients.

  • Q: How Can We Handle If I Receive Defective Gift Boxes?

  • A: If there is any defective gift boxes, we can remake the boxes for you or refund.
