David, from CA, USA , sent inquiry last month about mailer boxes and a trifold manual. After a series of discussions and confirmation, I sent him the quotation soon.David was satisfied with the quotation and added my whatsapp for the convenience of later communication. Chatting with David on whatsapp was a great thing, knowing that he was looking for a long-term supplier partner, and he would get a regular order every month. After this great talking, we have laid a good foundation for our cooperation, and David has basically decided to choose us as his long-term partners. Daylin from USA,  she sent an inquiry message that looking the mailer box for 2 different type of material,one is normal material,another one is thinner material. After discussing with Daylin, I got that she want the exterior box with full printing and interior blank without any printing. Then we send the quotation to Daylin at a same time later. Soon, we received the Daylin's reply that are satisfied with the quotation, and updated the freight quotation to her . After that, Daylin reply she will have the funds and template soon. Two days later, Daylin sent me a complete design artwork template which have  some changes in the details of the last quotation,then I sent the update quotation according her final confirmed design template. In the meanwhile, Daylin was satisfied with the update quotation and tell me will begin order after gathering funds! About one week  later, very happy to receive Daylin’s good new,she said ready to start order.Then I draft an assurance order online from Alibaba and sent the PI to her with payment link.After Daylin confirm everything is OK and pay the money for the box. We start mass production . Now the boxes are on production,and we will send the production pictures to her. Daylin are appreciate our company’s team work and good job.

There used to be such a customer, his name is John, he is from the USA. About a year ago he found me in ALIBABA. Hope to be able to customize some boxes. They are a new company, is a dessert shop. In order to attract more customers, he wants to make some pretty nice box. He don't know box production, so we are very patient to explain things. At last he decided to do a corrugated box, the right size. This box can hold just 12 cake. Material is single copper paper box, thickness and strength enough to put his dessert. Box in order to look better, we gave him a box on a layer of green transparent Windows. Through the window can directly see the inside of the dessert. Printed on the box as the custom design of the customer, and some of his letters and information of the company. Since this is the first time for him to place an order abroad, he is not clear about import and export. In the end, he placed an order of 1000 quantities, paid the full amount generously and thanked us. This year, he said that he would give us another larger order, and we are looking forward to cooperating with him again.
